Bethany Hoffman

Bethany Hoffman, age 53, of Mount Sterling, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026, after succumbing to injuries she sustained in 1991 from an automobile accident. She was a member of Wilmington, S.D.A. She graduated from Westfall High School, Class of 1991. Bethany was an avid artist, and she was very creative. She enjoyed reading and watching old movies, especially musicals.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, the Hoffmans and Hankeys, her uncles Richard and Robert, and her aunt Barbara.

Bethany is survived by her loving parents, Michael and Georgiana Hoffman; brother Paul Hoffman, uncle Karl Hankey, her caring home health aide Sara Splangler, and a host of friends with her church family. 

Visitation will be held on FRIDAY, October 23, 2026, from 11:00am-1:00pm, at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main Street, Mount Sterling, OH, 43143. The Funeral Service will immediately follow visitation, starting at 1:00pm. Bethany will be laid to rest at Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling, Ohio.
