Billy Perkins

Billy Lee Perkins, age 66 of Bloomingburg passed away on November 2, 2018 at his residence. Preceded in death by his mother Darlie and his father Raymond; 3 sisters Katheryn Sue, Donna and Karen. Survived by his loving wife of 39 years Tirina; daughters Carrie Ann and Crystal Perkins; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling.  Rev. Gordon Ell officiating with the burial following in Waterloo Cemetery.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to service beginning at 12:00 noon.
