Bonnie Stepp

Bonnie L. Stepp (Taynor), age 68, of Columbus, went Home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 17, 2012. She was born May 8, 1944 in Mt. Sterling, OH. Preceded in death by her father and mother, Leo and Jennie Mae Taynor; brother, Charles Taynor, and sisters, Cleo (Marty) Coin, Dorothy Strickler, Betty Burlile, and Norma Jean Taynor. Survived by sister, Eleanor Hocter; son, Roy Taynor; daughters, Tammy Stepp and Amanda (Bobby) Smith; granddaughters, Jessica Stepp and April Cherry; great-grandchildren, Tara Stepp, Bobby Smith Jr., Timothy Cossin, and Blake Smith; as well as many nieces and nephews. Bonnie was a precious gift of God. She survived many years with multiple illnesses. She was a fighter much of her life and her will to live was for her family. Amorous mother, loving and devoted NaNa (Grandma), sister, and friend. Bonnie was an avid gardener, caring friend, wonderful cook, great listener, storyteller, and jokester. May she rest easy in the arms of Lord, free of pain. Bonnie will be deeply missed and remembered in our hearts forever. Special thanks to friends, neighbors, and Grant Hospital Staff.
