Carol V. Wright

Carol V. Wright, age 76, of Mount Sterling, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026. She graduated from Madison South, Class of 1968. After graduation, Carol worked as a bookkeeper throughout her whole career.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Minnie Smith, and her sister, Linda Stinson.

Carol is survived by her son Chad Shoaf; her sisters Billie J. Koch, and Teresa Beavers; her brother Jeff Smith; grandchildren Kyle (Jennifer) Shoaf, and Whitney Shoaf; great-grandchildren: Peyton Shoaf, Lucas Shoaf, and Kaylee Shoaf; and a host of nieces and nephews.
