Dale Self

Dale Self, age 42, of Stout, OH passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011. Preceded in death by his loving mother, Joann and brother, Paul. Survived by his loving father, Ralph Sr.; brothers, Glenn Self, Ralph Jr. (Rebecca) Self; sisters, Joann (David) Pollack, Barbara (Robert) Morris, and Rebecca (Erick) George; numerous nieces, nephews, loving relatives and a host of friends. Family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Friday at THE PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 331 W. Main St. Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where a funeral service will be held at 1PM Saturday with Rev. Dortha Ross officiating. Interment Waterloo Cemetery.
