David Heath Tadlock, 67, of Mt. Sterling died November 23, 2012 at Kobacker House, Columbus, Ohio. He was born July 12, 1945, son of the late M. Heath and Katharine Tadlock.
He is survived by wife, Carolyn; sister, Elizabeth Clark; daughters Michelle Follrod and Sherri Anderson; sons Jeffrey and Michael ; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; niece, Lori Porchart and her sons Joshua, Benjamin and Noah.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling from 4 – 6 p.m. A Memorial service will begin at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Berne officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mount Sterling Community Center, 164 East Main St., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143.
