David Lee Weimer, Sr.

David Lee Weimer, Sr., age 75, of Derby, Ohio, went to Heaven on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Born to the late Lorene and William Weimer, he attended Westfall High School. David was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Donald Weimer, step-daughter Christina Criner, and his wife of 40+ years Barbara Weimer.

David is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Bill & Bonnie Weimer, sister and brother-in-law Mary & Larry Sheets, children: David (Shirley) Weimer, Dawn Weimer, Derek (Reese) Edwards, Michelle (Jared) Eickhoff; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, step-children: Linda Rinaldi, Sherry Holcomb, Denise Miller, and their families.

Family will receive friends from 12:00p.m.-1:00p.m. FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2025 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 (740)-869-2777 where his Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 1:00p.m. FRIDAY with Pastor Jim Blankenship, officiating. David will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife Barbara at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
