David Whiteside

David D. Whiteside, age 62, of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024.   Born in Washington Court House, Ohio, in 1961, David was preceded in death by his mother June Whiteside, father Howard Whiteside, sister Laura “Lou Ann” Powers, sister Connie L. Whiteside, brother Howard “Skip” Whiteside, and sister Terry Whiteside.

David is survived by wife of 43 years Connie J. Whiteside, children Daniel (Jaimie) Whiteside, Nathen (Tiffany) Whiteside, and Hilary (Austin Vicars) Whiteside. Grandchildren Kaleigh, Hunter and Kiptyn Whiteside, Haven, Knox Whiteside, and Clyde Vicars. Brother and sisters Wendy Whiteside Panchou, David E. (Stephanie) Whiteside, and Brenda Hall Johnson, brothers-in-law and sisters-in law: George “Greg” Powers, Glenn Liff, Teresa (David) Mordoh, and Brian (Janet Coleman) Hawkins, and many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and his wonderful friends including Rick (Kim) Metts, Bill (Donna) Abrams, Al (Cathy) Hart, Dwayne “Deano” Caudill, Rodney Murphy, Jeff and Becky Martin, and was preceded in death by his faithful companion Harley.

The family will receive friends MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2024, from 4pm-6pm, with Funeral Services to immediately follow at 6:00pm. MONDAY at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W, Main Street, Mount Sterling, OH, 43143. Reverend Phil Conrad will officiate the service.
