Dewey Mills

Dewey Mills, age 92 passed away June 23, 2023. Dewey was of Christian Faith. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, retired from G.M. with 41 years of service as a maintenance welder, former Captain with Mount Sterling Auxiliary Police Department for over 20 years, volunteered with Mount Sterling Joint Ambulance District, member of the Mount Sterling Masonic Lodge #269 F&AM, loved football and helping Westfall. Dewey will surely be missed by family and friends.  

He is preceded in death by parents Bill and Beulah; brother: Randall “Bodie Cat” Mills; sisters: Mabel Williamson, and Floretta (Cricket) Coleman; son Roger Mills, and daughter Debbie Wise.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Shirley; son, Gary Mills; daughter, Barbara "Bobbie" Jerrell; grandchildren: Shane Mills, Colton Mills, Kelli Harman, Jordan Horn, Sandra Perry, and Curtis Richardson.

A Graveside Service and burial will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Madison Mills Cemetery, Washington Court House, Ohio,
