Elmer "Art" Oldenburg, age 59 of Columbus, passed away Monday January 14, 2019 at his home. preceded in death by his loving mother Betty, brothers Jeff and Gerald. He is survived by his father Elmer, sister and brother in-law Penny and Andy Higgins, nephews Ian and Graham Higgins, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends as well as his family at Shasta Group Home. The family will receive friends Friday, January 18, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Sterling First Church of The Nazarene 226 N. Market Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143. Funeral Service to follow at 1 PM with Rev. Dortha Ross officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling.
