Eugene Howard Ruoff, age 78, passed away on November 22, 2025. He was born on June 25, 1947 to the late Earl and Lois Ruoff.
He is survived by his beloved son, Jason Ruoff, brothers, Mike and Dale Ruoff, and his sister, Nancy Moody.
Eugene was a loving father, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
We will be holding a visitation at the Porter-Tidd Funeral Home on Friday, November 28, 2025. The visitation will begin at 11:00AM and end at 11:30AM. We will then go in procession to Pleasant Cemetery.
