Frances Follrod

Frances L. “Fran” Follrod, age 91, formerly of Mt. Sterling, died August 13, 2012 in Madison Senior Living Community in London. She was born Sept. 16, 1920 in Madison County, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Ellet and Elizabeth (Rader) Wickline.
Fran retired from Orient State in Management after 32 years; member of First United Methodist Church in Mt. Sterling; UMW; Rebecca Circle; Star Grange; Pomona Grange; State Grange; National Grange; and Monrovian Garden Club.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband Allen Raymond Follrod; sisters Gladys Tresenrider, Lorene Gerard, and Carolyn Myers; brothers John and Allen Wickline.
She is survived by sisters Lucille (Ed) Junk of Canton, Alice (Bill) Spohn of Centerville, and Weltha Folsom of Mt. Sterling; brothers Carl (Marian) Wickline of Mesquite, NV., Paul (Dolly) Wickline of Mt. Sterling; sister-in-law Martha Follrod of Mt. Sterling; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service will be held 2:00 Thursday, August 16, 2012 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Michael Berne officiating with the burial following in Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends beginning 12:00 Noon until time of service.
