Frances Fulton, age 98, of Mt. Sterling, passed away Friday, January 28, 2011. She was a member of The United Methodist Church of Mt. Sterling since 1932, president of Delta Alpha Bible Class, and attended Mt. Sterling Nazarene Church Bible Study. She was a first grade teacher in Madison Mills and the Mt. Sterling school district and was a life-time member of The Retired Teachers Association. Preceded in death by loving husband, Kenneth Fulton; sisters, Maxine Grimsley, Josephine Cooper, and Bulah Rogers; and brother, Charles W. Hall. Survived by nieces, Lou Brennan, Joy Griffith, and Diane Hall; nephews, Father Charlie Hall, Ken Hall, and Ted Hall; great niece, Jill (Jon) Hunt; special friends, Carole, Jim, and Brady Stewart, and Annie and Mike Tomlinson and family; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, loving relatives, and a host of good friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at THE PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 331 W. Main St. Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1pm with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev. Dortha Ross and Pastor Mike Berne will be officiating. Interment Pleasant Cemetery.
