Fred Stage

Fred stage, age 73, of Mt Sterling, Ohio, passed away on June 22, 2026. Fred was born on August 31, 1952, to the late Ben and Mary Stage. 

He leaves behind his 2 daughters Tina butts (Jay Butts) of South Solon, and Kimberly Stage of Columbus, 6 grandkids Kimbra Rosales, Antonio Rosales, Bre Butts, Xavier Stage, Lela Lili Siscott, and his great-granddaughter Nona Byus.

 Fred is preceded in death by his parents: Ben and Mary Stage; his brothers Bob Stage, Bill Stage, and Jack Castle; and his sister Ruth Pryor. 

Fred loved fishing and hunting, and he oved ford vehicles, and his smile was infectious. Everyone he met loved him. Fred had an amazing best friend, Chuck Bryson, who will miss him dearly. 

Following Fred's wishes, cremation has taken place, and no formal service is scheduled at this time. 

Arrangements were handled by Porter-Tidd Funeral Home in Mount Sterling.
