George Harold Rice, age 78, of Derby, passed away April 30, 2013. Family will receive friends 12-1 pm Friday at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main St., Mt. Sterling, OH; where funeral service will follow at 1 pm Friday. Interment Pleasant Cemetery
