Preceded in death by his Mother, Betty (Kelley) Powell; sister Sabra Powell-Abrams; brother Bryan Powell.
Survived by his father, Grover Powell, Sr.; sister Darla Penix; niece and nephews Dawn & Heath Clark, Kyle Powell, and Karson Abrams; several great nieces & nephews.
There will be no public visitation or services. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has been requested.
