Hysell C. Hale, 81 of Mt. Sterling passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015. He was born in Magoffin County, Kentucky in 1933.
He is preceded in death by a son Elliott Hale and daughter Lois Hale.
He is survived by his wife Lorene (Angel) Hale, daughters Cheryl (Hale) Roberts (Carlos Roberts) of Wilmington, Ohio, Tamara (Hale) Wilson of Fredericksburg, Virginia and son Allen Hale (Michelle Ours-Hale) of Washington Court House, Ohio; his grandchildren Joshua Wilson of Roy, Utah, Brianna Roberts of Wilmington, Ohio, and Aiden and Justin Pence of Washington Court House, Ohio.
He never met a stranger and will truly be missed by all that were lucky enough to have known him.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the Four Seasons of Washington Nursing and Rehabilitation c/o Memory Care Unit, 201 Courthouse Parkway, Washington C. H., Ohio 43160-6001.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Dortha Ross officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery. A military service will be preformed by the Circleville Amvets Post #2256 for the Air Force veteran. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 - 7 pm.
