John A. Irvin, age 72 of Mt.Sterling, OH, Born September 3, 1948, passed away on Tuesday, Aug 10, 2021. John is a proud U.S. Army Veteran, a truck driver for most of his life, and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cooking, but most of all he Loved spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by parents: Cleo and Thelma Irvin; brothers: Leo, Gerald, and Marvin; and sister: Roberta.
John is survived by his loving wife: Carol (Pollock) Irvin; Children: John Irvin Jr.(Julie), Shelia Hines (Damon), Brandy Jo Irvin (John Wood), Krista Jenkins, Hollie Baxter, Troy Jenkins, Heath Henry (Amy Hix), Andrea Henry (Steve Spangler), Nick Henry (Barbie), and Brandi Gause; 28 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and Faithful companion Scarlett.
The family will welcome friends Friday, Sept.3 2021, from 4-7 P.M. for a Celebration of Life Visitation and Service at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. MAIN STREET, Mount Sterling, OH, 43143.
John was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.
