Joseph C. Verderano, age 71 of Washington Court House, died Sunday, January 13, 2013 in Mt. Carmel West. He was born Dec. 12, 1941 in Adams County, Ohio.
He was the son of the late Patsey and Lydia Ann (Shanks) Verderano.
Also preceding him in death was brothers Melvin, Leo, and Chester Gene Verderano; half-brother, Carl Woods.
He is survived by daughter, Lori Verderano; brothers Frank Verderano of Washington C.H., Dale Verderano of Los Angeles; sisters Mary (Frank) Deskins of Washington C.H. and Berdena Gardner of Washington C.H.; nieces and nephews.
A PRIVATE Family Funeral service will be held 1pm on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Leland Brehm, pastor of the Derby-Five Points United Methodist Church officiating. The interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery.
