Judith Ann Reeves

Judith Ann (Scott) Reeves, age 80. Born January 23, 1941, passed away on May 18, 2021. She was born in Edison, OH, but moved to Mount Sterling, OH, when she was in Junior High. Judith is a 1959 graduate of Mount Sterling High School and in 1999 Judy graduated Summa Cum Laude receiving a Bachelor’s from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. After high school, Judy moved to California and worked for Union Pacific Railroad. She later transferred to Omaha, Nebraska where she lived the majority of her life. She retired from Union Pacific Railroad in the late ’90s and moved back to Ohio in 2004 enjoyed living at Lake Choctaw. Judy is survived by sister, Pam (Max) Storts of Grove City; niece, Jennifer (Steve) Chadwell of Groveport, OH; nephews, Tim Kirt of London, Oh, Scott (Sara) Kirt of Grove City, OH, Jim Scott of Grove City, OH, Mike (Nicole) Scott of Powell, OH; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard A. and Genneva I. Scott, husband James A. Reeves, brother-in-law and sister Jack and Marcia Kirt, brothers: Richard Scott, Phil Scott, Mike Scott, and nephew Billy Kirt. The family will welcome friends Monday, May 24, 2021, from 10-11 am with Funeral Service to follow at PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. MAIN STREET, MOUNT STERLING, OH, 43162. Interment to follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling, OH.
