FORD Kathy Jo Ford, age 47 of Orient, died peacefully on Sunday, September 16, 2012 surrounded surrounded by her family. She was born October 22, 1964 in Columbus, Ohio.
Kathy graduated from Westfall High School, Class of 1983. She was a member of the Mormon Church in Grove City. Kathy loved quilting, sewing, music, piano and genealogy. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Preceded in death by her father Joseph Ford, and maternal grandmother Martha Sherrick.
She is survived by mother Roxy Ford; sisters Brenda Baisden (Larry) of Mt. Sterling, Tammy Barbery (George) of Orient; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews; family members, friends, and Special Friend, Nina Barbery.
A Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling with Brother Bob Voss officiating and eulogy by Betty Vollrath. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery on West Broad Street, Galloway, OH. Family will receive friends from 10:00 – 12:00.

In lieu of flowers, family suggest memorial contributions be given to the funeral home.
