Mabel "Tootie" Fullen

Mabel A. “Tootie” Fullen, age 80, of Circleville, Ohio, formerly of Mt. Sterling, OH, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Berger Hospital in Circleville.  Born in Pickaway County, Ohio to the late James and Rosetta Whaley, she was also preceded in death by her husband Billy Jo Fullen, her brothers Herman Russell Whaley, Richard Whaley and Clarence Whaley, her sister Betty Hanley and her nephew Johnny Vulgamore.  Tootie is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Joan and Larry Rice and her many loving nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews , her one  great-great-niece, her three great-great-nephews and her many friends.  Aunt Tootie loved traveling to her great-niece’s wrestling tournaments and dirt track races.  While residing at Logan Elm Care Center, she handed out the daily newspapers to the residents and was affiliated with their hospice unit.  Her family will receive friends from 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m. FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2020 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where her Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 11:00a.m. FRIDAY.  Burial will follow the service at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt.
