Mary Birchfield

Mary K. Birchfield, age 65, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday February 2, 2013. She was the owner of Klassic Karpets. She enjoyed spending time at Indian Lake and visiting Florida. She enjoyed shopping, bargain hunting at yard sales, and her “face page” friends. Preceded in death by her beloved mother Freda Mae Bush, and grandparents Sterlie and Mary Bush. Survived by the love of her life, husband Richard Birchfield, son, Richard Douglas (Becke) Birchfield, daughter Robin Renee’ (Jon) Veith, son Curtis Allen (Amanda) Birchfield, the grandchildren who were the joy of her world Jared, Derrick, Drake, Makayla, Macy, Delaney, Kyler, and Kameron. Family will receive friends and family on Wednesday from 1-3 & 5-7 pm at THE PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME 331 W. Main St. Mt. Sterling, OH 43143 where a funeral service will be held at 12 noon Thursday with visitation one hour prior to the time of service. Interment Pleasant Cemetery.
