Mary Lou was an independent country girl who loved living on her farm, playing bridge, spending time with her neighbors Tim & Mary and Judy & David, and daily calls with her close friend, Betty. She was a big fan of Buckeye football and basketball and enjoyed watching games with her family and friends. Mary Lou maintained an active lifestyle into her 90s, visiting relatives across the country, playing golf at London Country Club (always at a fast pace), spending winters in Sarasota, and knitting Christmas stockings for her great-grandchildren. Her greatest joy in life was her 60 years of marriage to Bob, raising David and Catherine, and watching their families grow.
