MASON Nelle F. Mason, age 87 of Mt. Sterling, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her home. She was born May 3, 1924 in Pickaway County. She was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Lennox) Finley.
She was preceded in death by husband Isaac “Linc” Mason and grandson Troy Ramsey.
Nelle is survived by her children, Barbara (Dale) Harris of Mt. Sterling, OH., Nancy (Raymond) Ramsey of Wallingford, CT., John (Debbie) Mason of Medina, OH., Colleen (Allen) Norris of Dayton, OH., Roger (Julie) Mason of London, OH.; step-daughter Victoria (Roger) Moore of Chillicothe, OH.; Grandchildren, Jim (Sheila) Stearos, Frankfort, OH., Gregg (Kim) Harris, Clarksville, OH., Scott Harris, London, OH., Kerry (Erin) Harris, Plain City, OH., Heather Mason, Lakewood, OH., Shawn (Nicole) Mason, Melborne, FL., Hannah and Isaac Mason, London, OH.; great grandchildren, Xena and Athea Stearos, Nicholas and Carlie Harris, Evan, Taylor & Zachary Harris, Aidan Mason and Daniel Mason. Also survived by sister, Maxine Goode of Circleville, OH.
Visitation will be Monday from 4 – 7 pm at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. A Funeral service will be held 10:30 am on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 with Rev. Dortha Ross officiating. The interment will follow in Pleasant Cemetery.
