Philip Andrew Willis, Sr., age 64 of Darbyville, died January 5, 2013 at his residence. He was born September 17, 1948 in Portsmouth, Ohio. The son of the late Roger W. and Ruby (Wall) Willis.
Also preceding him in death were brothers Jeff and Tom Willis.
He is survived by wife Debbie; daughters Jennifer Smallwood and Erin Gillette; son Philip A. Willis II; grandchildren Nicholas, Benjamin, and Emily Smallwood, Elizabeth Allen, Riley Gillette, and Andrew Willis; brothers and sisters. Philip was a sibling of 15 brothers & sisters. He served in the US Army during Viet Nam.
A Memorial service will be held 2 pm On Monday, January 14, 2013 at the New Life Assembly of God 7766 Stoutsville Pike, Circleville, OH. 43113. Rev. Bob Elliot officiating. In keeping with the wishes of Mr. Willis, cremation has been requested. The family is being served by the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling.
