Richard Lee Heise, age 75 of Clarksburg died Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Mt. Carmel West Medical Center. He was born January 8, 1937 in Madison County, Ohio.
Preceded in death by his parents Everet and Hazel (Brasket) Heise.
Mr. Heise was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by children, Rick and Lisa Heise of Clarksburg, Doug and Mary Heise of Jeffersonville, Chasity and Eric Smith of Mt. Sterling; 5 grandchildren Reese Heise, Terri Seiler, Chelsea & Kirstyn Smith, and Owen Heise; sister, Judy Norman of Mt. Sterling; brother, Roger (Nancy) Heise of Bexley.
A Memorial service will be held Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Mt. Sterling First Church of the Nazarene at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Ron Reynolds and Rev. Dortha Ross officiating. In keeping with the wishes of Mr. Heise, cremation was requested. Burial will be at a later date. The family is being served by the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling.
