Ronald Dingus, age 77 of Orient died January 3, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 7, 1938 in Wakefield, Ohio. Son of the late Edward Dingus and Beulah Mae (Pritchard) Dingus.
He is survived by his loving family which includes sister, Florence McConnell of Orient; half-brother Charles Scaggs of Washington Court House; nieces & nephews, Penny Tackett Kilcourse, Harold Gene Tackett (Julie), Michael Lee Tackett (Amy), Helen Roush (Steve), Erin Riley Paige (Paul), Patrick McConnell (Starla), John Scaggs, Jack Scaggs (Marsha), and Sharon Wall; numerous great nieces & nephews, and great-great.
A Funeral service will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, Mt. Sterling. Rev. Densil Wright officiating with the interment following in Baileys Chapel Cemetery in Pike County. Family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6 - 7 pm.
