Sterlie Milton Bush Jr.

Sterlie (June Bug) Morton Bush, Jr. (84) passed away on 11/30/2020 peacefully at home with his loving wife of 62 years Betty, daughter Janet, and good friend Jody Nida by his side.
He is preceded in death by his parents Sterlie Morton Bush, Sr. and Mary (Benson) Bush; brothers Robert Lee Bush, Wilbur (Mabel) Bush, Delbert (Delores) Bush, Frederick (Jeanie) Bush; sisters Margaret (Dick) Smith, Virginia Whalen, Mary Jane Brodie, Ruth (Al) Saum, Freda Bush, Georgia (James) Sealock, and granddaughter Jennifer Morris.
He is survived by his daughters Cheryl (Bush) Morris, Janet (Tim) Adams, son James (Wanda) Bush, grandchildren Jason (Kristina) Morris, Bryce (Melissa) Adams, Cody (Paige) Adams, Trevor (Brooke) Adams, Hilary Fitzsimmons, Michael Bush, and Kyle Bush, great-grandchildren Quorra and Logan Morris, Emma
Joy Smith, Madison and Mason Adams, Kaiden, Brody, and Harper Adams, Henry Adams, Maggie, Rhiannon, Robbie Jr, and Lilith Fitzsimmons.
Sterlie was a lifelong resident of Mount Sterling. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren immensely. He was also an Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to Loving Care Hospice.
Visitation and funeral services will be held on Friday 12/4/2020 at 11:30 am at Porter-Todd Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Pleasant Cemetery. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, Social Distancing will be observed and guests are required to wear a facial covering in the Funeral Home.
