Thelma Lee Dixon

Thelma Lee Dixon, age 81, of Orient, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 1. 2025, following an extended illness. Born in Dalton, Ohio, on January 31, 1944, Thelma was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Thelma is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (Robert) Smith, Gailee Agin, Michelle (David) Tiffner, and Melissa (Doug) Burke; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Nick) Hart, Shelby Smith, Bryce Tiffner, McKenna Tiffner, Nadia Burke, Isla Burke, and Grant Burke; and her great-grandchildren Oliva Brooks, Lorelei Brooks, and Wyatt Hart.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Proctor and Dixie Rigsby; her husband, David Dixon; her son-in-law, Chuck Agin, and her first husband, Dale Sluss.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 12-2pm, at PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. MAIN STREET, Mount Sterling, Ohio, 43143. Burial will follow at Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling, Ohio.
