Tonya L. Kern

Tonya Lynn Kern, 49, of Circleville, Ohio suddenly went to be with her dad and sister on August 27, 2022 around 11:00 PM.  Tonya was born to Ronnie and Patricia (Billingsley) Kern on June 25, 1973.  She is survived by her lifetime partner Thomas McCown whom she loved very much; her daughter Brittnay ; her mother Patty; her sister Rhonda; her niece Veronica(Stephen) and nephew Dustin (Marki); her great nieces Presley and Sydney and great nephew Jaxon, who were like grandbabies to her; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her dad Ronnie, her sister Nikki, her grandma Dorothy and her grandpa and grandma Howard ”Koonie” and Donna Kern.

Tonya was such a beautiful person inside and out.  She is going to be truly missed.

The family will receive friends and family at the Porter-Tidd Funeral Home 331 W. Main Street in Mt. Sterling, OH on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 1:00-3:00 pm.  At 3:00 pm a Celebration of Life will be held in her memory.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to assist with the funeral expenses.  Services entrusted to Porter Tidd Funeral Home.
