Keith E. Osborn

Keith E. Osborn, age 73, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Arbors West Care Center. Born in Columbus, Ohio, Keith was the son of the late Barbara and Halbert Harbage. He was also preceded in death by his aunt Louise White and numerous cousins. Keith is survived by his many cousins, including Dianne Miller, his caregiver for the past several years. Keith had a love for cars, the GRIT Channel, cowboy shows, bowling, and music, especially Elvis! He was a wonderfully kind soul.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026, at the RADER-MCDONALD-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 West Main Street, West Jefferson, OH 43162, where his Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 1:00 p.m. WEDNESDAY. Keith will be laid to rest beside his father, Halbert Harbage, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
